Staying here was a great choice for our hiking adventures, especially since it was so close to the start of the Ruta del Cares. The views from the room were simply breathtaking and made for a perfect early morning wake-up. While the restaurant served simple yet delicious local dishes in the evening, we especially enjoyed the ample continental breakfast that set us up for our daily excursions. Just a heads up, you might hear some noise from the hallway, so light sleepers should be prepared for that.

However, rooms are quite small, and some noise from other guests impacted our sleep. While the accommodation is clean and functional, it lacks luxury touches that might enhance the overall experience.

during my stay in poncebos, arcea exceeded my expectations for a relaxing holiday. the amazing location, being just a few minutes from the ruta del cares hike, was a highlight. the welcoming atmosphere and good meals made it even better.

No elevator means hauling luggage up two flights of stairs, which can be a hassle. Rooms are pretty cramped, lacking storage and basic amenities like a hairdryer or extra towels. The private parking is limited to just six cars, so expect some challenges finding a spot on the street. Wi-Fi only works in common areas. don't count on coverage in the rooms.
